Very pretty black nylon slip circa the later 1960s, maybe early 1970s. The bodice is rimmed in a sheer nylon with scalloped inner edge, and that's echoed at the bottom hem of the skirt. Straps are adjustable. Label reads: Penneys Adonna, 36 average ( but do check measurements below).

Excellent near mint vintage condition. I saw nothing worth noting other than the tiniest little hole in the trim right at the center of the neckline.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist, hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36" up to about 39" when stretched
Waist: 30" up to about 34" when stretched. Empire, just under bust.
Hips: approx. 39" up to about 44" when stretched
Shoulder to bottom hem: adjustable but approx. 44"
